Unfortunately I cannot make it to the IGF next week, but I am sure it will work out next year and the year after. Maybe it makes sense to start off with these issues on a european level with EuroDig next year and try to set the focus of the IGF in 2010 on labour. I would be able to put work into this activity and I am sure, I would be able to get many others involved in the preparation of this issue. It would be great, if you could try to convince many people next week at the IGF, you have my full support. Maybe you also have a possibility to make our Berlin Manifesto known. Perhaps you can think of a good possibility to present this manifesto and spread it at the IGF in Hyderabad. (It can also be signed online at: http://www.governet.de/9/viewentry/2524 ) The Berlin Manifesto is also available at www.governet.de in english, french and german - but to make things easier I attach the three versions to this mail.
